Meta is looking for a process-oriented Senior Program Manager focused on helping support the growth of the Realty Labs business by proactively defining and executing against key activities within the Channel Strategy Experiences CSE team - aligned to a plan execute monitor manage framework. This role will assist in planning and coordinating Global Sales product launches including hardware accessories and software.

The right candidate will possess strong program / project management skills with a drive for results rigor - as well as have the ability to effectively and proactively communicate cross functionally with key members of the team. In addition this person will thrive in a fast-paced environment be a self-starter and have experience creating and managing complex workback schedules. This role involves extensive collaboration and communication from cross-functional stakeholders to executive leadership to ensure successful planning and launch of sales programs including seasonal strategy and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Channel Strategy Planning: Bring process rigor execution excellence to planning rhythms that ensures the on-time development delivery and communication of VR channel strategy key work outputs.
Project Planning: Create detailed project plans outlining all tasks timelines and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Monitor / track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed. Hold teams accountable.
Deliver Communication Excellence: The program manager will provide regular updates / communications on the project status timelines and deliverables for the Global Sales teams cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
Organize and conduct meetings with key work partners to facilitate program execution and communications.
Write weekly posts and other communications regarding program status change management and key updates.
Lead Sales Leadership Team reviews to garner feedback approval and resourcing.
Document plans with a central source of truth to ensure consistency and clarity throughout the org
Moderate Global Sales meetings and present plans to varied groups of attendees including Sales Leadership Stakeholders and the full Sales Org.
Ensure Project Quality: The program manager will oversee the quality of deliverables from key internal partners to ensure they are meeting Sales teams needs to ensure its delivered on time to avoid downstream impact. When issues arise proactively communicate and plan/ execute appropriate actions with CSE lead support.
Build a comprehensive workback schedule across the various Global Sales owned workstreams. Identify dependencies and tasks to integrate into a unified master timeline with the critical path milestones to deadlines.
Manage schedules and production flow for seasonal strategy and execution planning.
Track and report status continuously update the master timeline
Identify risks to program perform necessary due diligence update plan of record documents and socialize changes to stakeholders
Building contingency planning priority negotiation creative problem solving and escalations when warranted
Coordinate Strategic Inputs: Partner directly with the VR team gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders define requirements gain approval and remove roadblocks to document a results-driven strategy.
Lead Operational Coordination with Cross-Functional Partners and Designated Points of Contact: The program manager will proactively work with cross-functional teams such as product management product marketing sales channel leads Sales Ops and supply chain to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals and timelines that helps deliver high quality and on time delivery of key deliverables.
Identify Communicate and mitigate risks: The program manager will identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline or quality communicate them to create awareness of the risk and develop a plan to mitigate those risks with the CSE leads guidance and support.

Minimum qualifications

A problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams during period of growth
Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with little guidance
Experience in channel and partner management operations
10 years of experience in business strategy sales planning or process optimization
B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field
Ability to clearly communicate work across cultures influence stakeholders without authority
Experience in working with excel or similar tools to perform quantitative analysis
Solid project or program management experience

Preferred qualifications

Experience in consumer electronics or hardware business
Experience in executing sales/marketing programs with first- or third-party retailers
Experience in launching hardware products
Experience in product marketing or product management
Experience in using program management tools such as Asana
Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
Experience in working across cultures in a diverse work environment
