Insight Global is looking for an IT support technician to join our client's team, in their Cypress, CA office. They will be the go to person for support in setting up, imaging, rearranging work stations, provisioning new hire laptops, etc.. They will help with system set ups, password resets, etc. They will need to be able to work in a faced-paced environment, as their manufacturing department will be in the same office and will need to be able to quickly help them with equipment if there are any issues on their floor.
