Job Description

An employer in the Cypress, CA area is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Southern California Branch. You will be a Project Manager overseeing multiple new construction projects throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County territories. You will manager new elevator projects and be responsible for the project schedule, documentation, costs/budgets as well as customer relations. This role will be about 70% in office in Cypress, CA and 30% out in the field (LA and OC). You will be driving your own vehicle, but will receive a monthly car allowance and gas, car washes and oil changes can be reimbursed at 80%. This a direct hire role.

Required Skills & Experience

1-6 years of experience as a Project Manager (specifically in the construction industry)

1+ year of experience in the construction industry

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Excellent communication skills

Proficient with MS Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry
