Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tableau Developer to join the Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data within our Salesforce Service Cloud platform into clear, actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for the development of Tableau dashboard and the integrations with Salesforce customer experience tools.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4 + years of experience building and developing dashboards within Tableau desktop and Tableau Server / Cloud
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud to integrate data pipelines and have an indepth understanding of customer experience data
- Ability to work with multiple data sources from CX platforms- Sierra, Salesforce, Playvox, MaestroQA, FireHydrant
- Experience using SQL queries for database preparation and ETL process
- Identify issues within existing data sources, tools, and processes, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities
