Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support advanced aerospace programs, including hypersonic and supersonic platforms. This role is part of a large, analysis-focused organization and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior analysts while continuing to grow technically.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with finite element analysis, comfortable working at both conceptual and detailed levels, and eager to learn from highly experienced analysts while contributing to fast-paced development and release schedules.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant structural analysis experience using finite element methods (FEM).
- Perform finite element structural analysis to support aerospace vehicle and airframe development.
- Develop, modify, and evaluate global and breakout FEMs using FEMAP, from rapid trade studies to detailed final analyses.
- Extract and interpret loads, stresses, deflections, and margins to support structural sizing and design decisions.
- Apply sound engineering judgment to material behavior and allowables for composite and metallic structures.
- Demonstrate understanding of structural stiffness, load paths, and large FEM architectures.
- Collaborate closely with designers, structural engineers, and fellow analysts to meet strength and stiffness requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven development environment.
- Proficient with FEMAP, Siemens NX, and Teamcenter.
- Must be eligible for a security clearance; experience supporting hypersonic or supersonic programs is strongly preferred.

- Aerospace or defense industry experience.
- Prior exposure to hypersonic or supersonic air vehicle programs.
- Experience supporting programs with frequent design releases and hardware builds.
- Interest in long-term technical growth within a structural analysis career path.
