Job Description
The Lead SDET develops software, frameworks, and automation tools to ensure end-to-end quality for the customers applications. This role emphasizes continuous learning, quality engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team leader, and mentor who can guide the team toward achieving the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve quality and deployment speed.
• Analyze code flow and interactions across processes.
• Document processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage and track user issues; troubleshoot bugs across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.
• Execute and maintain automated tests; debug scripts.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide technical feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in software development/testing, with a focus on web and the mobile applications is a plus.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented principles, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in TDD, BDD, and testing patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies for complex applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and best coding practices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with pipeline-as-code and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of LambdaTest, TestRail, and data-driven testing.
• Mobile testing and automation frameworks.
