Job Description

A chemical distributing company is looking to add an operations coordinator to their team. This role is primarily focused on supporting ChemCare operations through administrative and logistical coordination. It requires strong attention to detail, particularly when handling paperwork related to materials. Key responsibilities include scheduling drivers for transportation, managing administrative paperwork, sorting mail, and performing occasional verifications. The individual will work full-time, onsite five days a week, based in the Commerce office. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and some experience with SAP is preferred, along with strong organizational skills.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience with administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Mainly Teams and Outlook)
Familiarity with hazardous materials
