Job Description
• Administer, configure, and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including Aras, CMPro, and Teamcenter.
• Manage and optimize collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) to support engineering and program teams.
• Support and troubleshoot applications using Oracle databases, ColdFusion, Bitvise, and Toad.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability, applying patches, updates, and upgrades as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and internal IT governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and support integration between systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven expertise as a Systems Administrator in secure, classified environments.
• Hands-on experience with Aras, CMPro, and Teamcenter PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and related configuration/customization.
• Proficiency in Oracle database administration and development tools (Toad).
• Familiarity with ColdFusion application support and Bitvise SSH/SFTP tools.
• Ability to work under strict security and compliance standards.
