Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Assistant to provide administrative and technical services in the fields of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration for construction projects in and around Southern California. This candidate will support project managers and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects by coordinating schedules, budgets, purchasing, and documentation. They will handle client communication, RFIs, submittals, cost estimates, and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications and standards. They will assist with bidding and estimating activities, including scope analysis, subcontractor coordination, bid reviews, and proposal preparation. Additionally they will support project closeout by assembling turnover documents, warranties, and final payment materials.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or proven equal experience
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
○ Specifically experience with mechanical and electrical construction
Experience with Construction and Bid Software
