Job Description

The E‑Commerce Marketing Manager will lead the direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce marketing function for a high‑volume, multi‑SKU food business operating on Shopify. This role is responsible for strategic leadership and people management, overseeing a cross‑functional marketing team based in the United States and Korea. The ideal candidate brings strong experience scaling and optimizing non‑Amazon e‑commerce businesses, with the ability to manage teams, analyze performance, and drive sustainable growth.

This role reports into senior leadership and partners closely with the VP of Growth. The position is fully onsite in Carson, CA.

Required Skills & Experience

Five to eight years of experience leading e‑commerce marketing within a multi‑SKU environment containing hundreds to thousands of products.
Proven experience managing and developing established marketing teams, including content creators, analysts, and performance‑focused marketers.
Strong experience with Shopify or direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce platforms; Amazon‑only backgrounds will not be considered.
Demonstrated ability to own and execute end‑to‑end e‑commerce strategy covering customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Experience overseeing e‑commerce operations including site performance, merchandising strategy, promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into clear, actionable business decisions.
Experience working across time zones and collaborating with international teams.
Professional fluency in Korean and English is required due to daily collaboration with Korea‑based team members.
Ability to work fully onsite in Carson, CA, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings due to a 16‑hour time difference.
Comfort operating in a direct, feedback‑driven, fast‑paced work environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within the food or consumer packaged goods industry.
Prior experience leading teams through periods of growth, change, or operational transition.
