Job Description
• Execute design work across websites, banners, email, and digital assets
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including directors and US-based partners
• Participate in client-facing discussions, clearly articulating:
○ Design decisions
○ Layout choices
○ Creative rationale
• Work within existing global design systems (tokens/components), with occasional creation from scratch
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills & Tools
• Advanced expertise in Figma (primary tool)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
○ Illustrator
○ Photoshop
○ InDesign
• Experience designing for:
○ Websites (including components/tokens)
○ Banner production
○ Email design
Communication & Soft Skills
• Fluent English (required); Spanish is a strong plus
• Highly effective communicator with ability to:
○ Present ideas
○ Explain design rationale
○ Engage in client-facing conversations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in agency environments (preferred)
• Exposure to global teams and US-based stakeholders (strong plus)
• Experience supporting healthcare/pharma clients (nice to have)
Additional Plus
• Presentation design experience (PowerPoint/Keynote)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output production environment
