Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic product development team focused on robotic and automated fluid dispensing systems. This engineer will play a key role in designing, testing, and launching new-to-market products, ensuring they meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to support both strategic programs and ad hoc customer-driven projects.
This role involves hands-on electrical design, board and schematic relayouts, and coordination with third-party vendors. You’ll work cross-functionally with mechanical and software engineers, product managers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 6–8+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and product development
- Extensive PCBA design experience across multiple projects — including schematic capture, layout, and validation
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk)
- Experience with sensors, measuring devices, control systems, and automation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to share ideas and receive feedback effectively
- Familiarity with phase-gate project management methodologies
