Job Description

Our Client Experience team is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator /

Developer to oversee and enhance our Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud instances.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate closely with teams across Client Services,

Personal Shopping, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Data, and Engineering to enhance the client

experience and streamline team efficiency. You'll serve as the resident expert on how

FASHIONPHILE operates and utilizes Salesforce and other service-based technologies. The ideal

candidate will possess a track record of leading technical solution design and development,

strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, data-driven approach to system

management. The Salesforce Administrator will report io the Sr. Director, Head of CX.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

with hands-on experience in Service Cloud and

Marketing Cloud within a global contact center

environment.

4-5 years of experience in designing, developing,

implementing, and managing Salesforce systems

(experience with Service Cloud is required).

Experience with RingCentral & Salesforce
