Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of building systems and equipment. This role supports daily operations by performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a clean, functional, and compliant facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance
- Support safety and compliance standards, including regulated environments (e.g., cGMP)
- Collaborate with operations, lab teams, and safety personnel as needed

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building systems and safety protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
