Job Description

The Manager IT and Business Systems lead enterprise systems architecture and the optimization of
software integrations, and strategic use of enterprise systems, including ERP, Commercial and
operational management systems (e.g., CRM), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, AI). This
role ensures that systems support efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, and
organizational scalability.
This role is accountable for designing and sustaining a scalable, integrated systems
infrastructure that supports cross-functional operations, enables data-driven decision-making,
and allows for continuous development across ERP, CRM, and BI ecosystems. The position ensures
alignment of systems, data, , and processes to drive operational efficiency, visibility, and long-term
organizational scalability.

Key Responsibilities
• Own enterprise systems architecture and integration strategy across ERP, CRM, BI, and
supporting operational platforms
• Own and execute ERP optimization in partnership with functional leaders
• Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and analytics
• Support software integrations across ERP, Commercial systems (e.g., CRM), and manufacturing
processes to enable end-to-end process visibility and KPI reporting
• Support user adoption through training, standard work, and continuous improvement
• Work with Commercial, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to improve lead to-order and order-to-fulfillment workflows, reducing manual tasks through system-driven
processes
• Support and explore AI- and analytics-enabled capabilities as data and process maturity
increase

Success Metrics:
Increased ERP/HubSpot and other business systems utilization across Operations and
Commercial teams
• Reduction of manual, non–value-added operational and commercial reporting and
reconciliations
• Improved operational and commercial KPI visibility to support business decisions
• High adoption rates of systems and dashboards
• Improved data accuracy and process discipline through standardized system workflows

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, or analytics roles
• ERP systems experience (Acumatica experience a plus; strong manufacturing and commercial
ERP experience required)
• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills; able to influence across teams
• Hands-on technical skills working in ERP systems, manufacturing/process data, and reporting
tools
• Business acumen with understanding of how system decisions impact cost, service, and
scalability
• Ability to translate operational needs into system solutions
• Experience in plastics industry highly preferred
