A large Life Sciences company based in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for interfacing with external customers to understand and gather requirements, create technical solutions, act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, and manage multiple projects end-to-end. They should have a broad knowledge of relevant technologies and implications in the delivery of scientific solutions, such as but not limited to understanding of IT processes, SDLC methodologies, Quality Management System, Validation, etc. They will manage the planning, prioritizing, reporting, problem solving and analytical capabilities as well as all aspects of project budgeting and cost tracking.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish/English (Portuguese as well preferred)
5+ years of professional experience in Project/Program Management
o Experience with requirements gathering, solutioning, and end-to-end project management
o Experience with managing project budgeting and cost tracking
Strong technical background or extensive experience with technical project execution
o Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIMs)
Experience working as a liaison between technical teams and Stakeholders
Result driven, highly motivated, and dynamic personality necessary
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management environments
Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience supporting enterprise level applications (implementations, upgrades, etc.)
