The Email Marketing Specialist will be joining the marketing operations team, and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automation processes. This person will have a strong background in email marketing and marketing automation. The Marketing specialist will ensure accuracy and brand consistency in all marketing materials. Lead email campaign operations, including scheduling, list management, and deployment. Implement email marketing best practices and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor technical issues related to email delivery and troubleshoot as needed. Conduct quality assurance checks for email templates across clients and devices. Optimize email workflows for efficiency and performance. Maintain email marketing tools, ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity. Will also provide training and support to internal teams on email marketing best practices.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in email marketing operations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Oracle Eloqua preferred).
Understanding of email marketing processes, deliverability, and list management.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning in email marketing technologies.
