Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join a company in the life science industry. This person will serve as the Digital Product Manager for the Corporate Marketing Channels Program. In this role, you will enable Marketing Channel solutions to drive Demand Generation by effectively engaging customers across various digital touchpoints in every stage of their journey. You will work with the Sr. Product Manager of Marketing Channels to develop and execute the Marketing Channel strategy, tools, and initiatives. You will have individual responsibility for the process, technology, and capabilities related to Ad Technology, Omni-channel management, and Marketing Automation. The Marketing Channels product manager will also be responsible for developing Generative AI solutions to enhance and scale customer interactions across Digital touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the marketing channel solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing processes, technology, and customer needs, along with strong project management and communication skills. This person will be responsible for analytics, insights and research, and will be working within native platform tools, Sprinklr, Adobe analytics, MS Office suite, and advanced Excel. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid role and must sit in either San Diego, CA or Pittsburgh, PA.
