Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join a company in the life science industry. This person will serve as the Digital Product Manager for the Corporate Marketing Channels Program. In this role, you will enable Marketing Channel solutions to drive Demand Generation by effectively engaging customers across various digital touchpoints in every stage of their journey. You will work with the Sr. Product Manager of Marketing Channels to develop and execute the Marketing Channel strategy, tools, and initiatives. You will have individual responsibility for the process, technology, and capabilities related to Ad Technology, Omni-channel management, and Marketing Automation. The Marketing Channels product manager will also be responsible for developing Generative AI solutions to enhance and scale customer interactions across Digital touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the marketing channel solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing processes, technology, and customer needs, along with strong project management and communication skills. This person will be responsible for analytics, insights and research, and will be working within native platform tools, Sprinklr, Adobe analytics, MS Office suite, and advanced Excel. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid role and must sit in either San Diego, CA or Pittsburgh, PA.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ yrs of experience in digital marketing

-Experience within multi or omni-channel marketing and understanding of MarTech channels, ideally within Adobe (ex: Ad Cloud, AEM, Creative Cloud, AEP, Adobe Analytics etc.)

-1+ year of experience within Product Management, Marketing Management, Marketing strategy, or related role

-Experience with managing ROIs, KPIs, and analytics within a channel, for a product, or an operational process

-Prior experience working within a large, matrixed, technology based enterprise

-Experience working within Agile or Safe framework

-Strong background working closely with both IT teams, and business stakeholders

-Experience with intaking roadmap items and requirements related to: enhancing or driving tech forward, or business process, and helping teams deliver with efficiency and scale

-Minimum of Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Additional certifications related to Product Management, or MarTech

-Experience with Adobe Launch, understanding of data, pixels, tags, and APIs integrating into 3rd party applications
