Job Description
Seeking a hands-on Carpenter to support facilities and buildout work within a growing lab and office environment. This role will focus heavily on finish carpentry and general maintenance tasks to support day-to-day operations and upcoming expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry work including doors, cabinetry, and interior installations
Patch and paint walls with high-quality finishes (Level 5 finish preferred)
Complete general maintenance including light electrical work (110V), fixture replacement, and light plumbing
Support installation and repair of appliances (dishwashers, sinks, faucets)
Utilize power tools and shop equipment including table saws
Assist with facility upkeep including kitchen and common areas
Replace broken components and fixtures as needed
Support ongoing facility buildout and expansion efforts

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of carpentry or facilities experience (journeyman-level)
Strong finish carpentry experience (doors, hinges, cabinetry, painting, staining)
Experience using power tools and working in a shop environment
Familiarity with paints, coatings, and application techniques
Comfortable performing general maintenance across multiple trades
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in residential or commercial facilities environments
Exposure to laminate work and cabinetry finishes
