Job Description
The site leader is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations - and ensuring safety quality delivery and cost. They will play a critical role in leadership and culture building , developing talent, and working to meet customer needs and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- lead all manufacturing operations (molding assembly packaging)
-develop a high preforming team
-ensure compliance with quality regulatory standards (ISO/GMP)
-Drive improvements in quality and cost through autmization and process optimization
-plan and scale operations for growth
-Align cross functional teams (quality, engineering, supply chain, commercial)
-build and develop high preforming teams

Required Skills & Experience
-Must be bilingual (spanish & english)
-BA mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field (manufacturing, production , industrial)
-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
-Experience in plastics manufacturing particularly injection molding environments
-5+ years of experience working in regulated industries (life sciences, med device, or similar)
-Demonstrated Proven experience in scaling leadership operations and leading transformation initiatives
