Job Description

The Product Designer will be instrumental in shaping user experiences for studio-facing workflow platforms powering the digital supply chain. You’ll define and deliver intuitive web-based UIs to support mastering, localization, and delivery of theatrical content, enabling collaboration between humans and AI. You’ll prototype and validate new interaction models as agents and automation become central to our systems. While your focus is on studio operations, you may occasionally contribute to consumer product.

Responsibilities:

Lead UX Strategy for Studio Platforms:
• Define user journeys, workflows, and UI architecture for web-based tools supporting mastering, localization, and delivery.
• Design experiences where users collaborate, oversee, and approve AI-powered agentic workflows (e.g., task orchestration, auditing, exception handling).

Design AI-Enabled Interactions:
• Prototype new interaction paradigms for agentic systems, including hybrid human/AI workflows, context orchestration, and audit checkpoints.
• Develop interaction models that balance automation with user oversight, ensuring clarity, transparency, and governance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with engineering, ML, product, and studio operations teams to translate complex backend workflows into usable interfaces.
• Gather requirements, conduct user research, and synthesize findings into actionable design solutions.
• Present and articulate design decisions, adapting based on feedback.

Design Iteratively & Document Standards:
• Quickly iterate and refine designs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to style guides, design systems, and thorough documentation for studio tools.
• Deliver production-ready assets, clearly annotated UI specifications, and support engineering hand-off.

Occasional Support for Consumer Products:
• Provide design support and UX consultation for selected consumer-facing apps as needed.

• Experience creating UIs for workflow engines, dashboarding, or tools supporting human/machine interaction is a plus.
• Strong expertise in web UI/UX design (Figma, or similar), wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Proven track record designing products that translate backend complexity into usable experiences.
• Familiarity with information architecture, design systems, and interaction patterns for web-based enterprise applications.
• Comfortable learning new technology paradigms and designing for evolving AI platforms.
• Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and capable of articulating design strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Obsessive attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect implementation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Understanding of AI/ML interaction modes (prompting, context-awareness, agent orchestration) is highly desirable.
• Experience with studio post-production, localization, or digital content supply chain workflows.
• Experience designing for reliability, traceability, governance, and audit paths.
• Contributions to enterprise tooling or platform design at scale.
• Familiarity with workflow engines or orchestration tools (e.g., BPM, agentic platforms).
