Job Description

Insight Global's client is a is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. They specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Litigation Department.

Responsibilities:

Drafting complaints.
Responding to discovery.
Propounding discovery.
Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.
Expert discovery.
Deposition preparation.
Trial preparation.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or higher.
-2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.
-1+ year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.
-2+ years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].
-Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Team leader and team player.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-Bilingual in Armenian
-Paralegal certification
