Job Description
A client in the talent agency space is seeking a junior to mid level Infrastructure Engineer to support the day to day operations, patching, and reliability of core server and endpoint infrastructure. This role is critical as parts of the infrastructure team transition, and they need someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and operate independently by April while still being collaborative and open to knowledge transfer.
This role is hands on and operationally focused, supporting a global, collaborative infrastructure team and reporting directly to the Sr. Global Director of Infrastructure & Enterprise Solutions.
Key Focus Areas
• 50% server patching & SCCM administration
• 50% ticket based infrastructure support
o Volume fluctuates (some days 1 ticket, other days 10+)
• Environment includes ~500 Windows servers
• Primary tools: SCCM and email/messaging platforms
• Heavy emphasis on stability, reliability, and security

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Systems Administration
• Strong SCCM experience
• Mimecast experience for email administration, administering spam rules, etc.
• Windows Server administration with a focus on patching and updates
• Email/messaging administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort handling tickets
• Clear documentation and communication skills
