We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Conversion Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data conversion process from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion, extensive experience handling and transforming large datasets, and the ability to align data to the configured business design. This role role that requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, strong data engineering capabilities, and a functional understanding across key modules such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, and EPM.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data tools (FBDI, ADFDI), is skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and has a track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP data migrations.

Lead and execute full lifecycle data conversion efforts for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Extract, transform, cleanse, and load data (ETL) from various legacy systems including SAP, Databricks, and other Oracle/non-Oracle applications.
Work closely with business teams and implementation partners to map, format, and validate legacy data.
Interpret Oracle Fusion configurations and business design to structure converted data accordingly.
Utilize Oracle FBDI and ADFDI templates for data preparation and loading; manage automation of conversion through Oracle Cloud tools.
Perform mock loads, data profiling, data sanity checks, and post-load validations.
Build and manage reusable scripts and programs (e.g., Python, SQL, PL/SQL) to streamline data transformation and reconciliation.
Upload and manage converted data through Oracles UCM server and monitor the success of loads.
Work with Oracle ATP database, SAS layer, and past layer to read, process, and reprocess intermediate data dumps.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure converted data aligns with Oracle subledger modules (AP, AR, Projects).
Develop, document, and maintain transformation logic, data mappings, and conversion procedures.
Support year-end (YC) development and related data processes as part of the implementation timeline.
Assist with testing cycles and post-go-live stabilization.
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, or other ETL tools.
Working knowledge of OIC and Oracle Cloud REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with SAP data structures and conversion techniques.
Experience with Oracle ATP database and Oracle SAS environment.
Strong Excel skills for data validation and analysis.
