As a key member of our Infrastructure Security Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of their security transformation, cultivating a security-first mindset throughout our organization. Your mission is to build and lead the new team and function, embedding robust security practices into the very fabric of their infrastructure design and implementation. You will champion a ShiftLeft approach that integrates security seamlessly into our infrastructure lifecycle, leveraging purple team dynamics to foster a proactive security culture that anticipates, derisks, and mitigates threats before they materialize.

10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of modern security practices, including ShiftLeft, Zero-Trust, and threat modeling
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing security teams
Strong background in infrastructure security, cloud security, and network security architecture
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), log aggregation, and security information and event management (SIEM)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Basic programming and/or scripting skills in languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, Powershell or similar
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc) preferred
