Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to join the Vegetation Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating vegetation management projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage vegetation management projects from inception to completion.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Manage constraints when PG&E cannot perform work due to customer, city, agency, environmental, or operational reasons.
Utilize Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

*Need Constraints Experience
*Background in Vegetation
*Project Management
*Okay working in office/onsite daily (occasional remote but this will be an onsite role)

Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in vegetation management or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Constraints experience; Manage constraints when PG&E cannot perform work due to customer, city, agency, environmental, or operational reasons.
Vegetation Background/Experience
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboarding.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Thick skin and ability to push doors open.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
Experience working with utility companies or in the energy sector.
PG&E specific experience
