Our client is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management that will lead the Asset Management department, oversee portfolio and servicing, risk management, and loss mitigation strategies. They will manage foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation processes, ensuring optimal resolutions. The role includes vendor management, compliance oversight, and maintaining regulatory adherence. Additionally, they will handle human resources tasks such as recruitment and training, and work on improving operational efficiency through process development and technology implementation. This is a permanent position working 5x a week on-site in Anaheim, CA. The base salary for this position is $110,000 - $125,000.

10+ years of experience in real estate asset management, including loss mitigation
Must have recent experience in residential real estate
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a similar field
Experience in a managerial or supervisor role
Experience approving sales and/or deeds
Great communication skills
