Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI, as well as proficiency in .NET and Microsoft applications. This role involves a balanced mix of development and support tasks, including desk-side support, patch management, and user interaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and .NET (50% development, 50% support).
Provide desk-side support and work on existing applications.
Collaborate with users and vendors to implement patches and resolve issues.
Act as the primary contact for client and vendor requests.
Train business application users and develop technical documentation.
Lead projects and technical initiatives.
Multi-task and provide off-hours support for production-related business application issues/incidents and technical environment support.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Hands-on programming experience using SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent versions.
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a multi-platform technical environment.
Willingness to undergo the Anaheim Police Department security clearance process.
