Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Chair for Computer Networking and Cybersecurity for a higher education client in the Southern California area. This position is responsible for overseeing the development and success of the Computer Networking and Cybersecurity program and the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program. The primary goal of this position is to manage and advance each program's curriculum, its faculty, and student success outcomes. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in networking, cybersecurity, or a related IT discipline.
Leadership capabilities with the ability to problem solve, facilitate meetings, maintain flexibility, and see projects through to completion.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CCNA are strongly preferred.
Teaching experience at an accredited college or university is highly preferred, but not required.
