Job Description

A large software company is seeking a remote IT Service Desk Analyst. They will provide remote IT support to approximately 4000 internal employees. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair and configuration of desktops/laptops (mostly windows based with a few Apple related), printers, and mobile devices as well as handle support related issues with Internet browsers, wireless connectivity, VPN, enterprise applications, password and other similar items experienced in a corporate environment. Must be able to work some holidays.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience providing support in a Windows based environment, specifically troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues with desktops/laptop and mobile devices.

Strong communication skills

Ability to work 2nd shift (2-11pm)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow experience (what is an incident, what is a request)

Mac or Linux experience
