* This role is Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)* Promotions Coordinator will play a central role in the planning and execution of our large retail client's promotions. You will bring a high degree of personal responsibility and attention to detail, along with strong technical and communications skills to deliver best-in-class customer experiences that will attract and engage customers and drive lifetime value. You will work closely with internal business partners across the organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Documentation and Requests
Generating barcode/promocode requests for each code-based offer.
Submitting code requests via Asana.
Creating, entering, and/or updating detailed information in JIRA, Cheetah Loyalty, and Excel.
Campaign Set Up
Creating store barcodes in Coupon Master, Promo System, and Barcode Producer.
Creating offers in the Cheetah Loyalty system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and TalonOne.
Quality Assurance
Must be in-office at least once or twice a week for barcode testing.
Confirming offers are functioning correctly in Cheetah Loyalty system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and TalonOne through testing and validation.
Reviewing offer setups by others to confirm all details are accurate.
Collaborating with partners in IT, Store Operations, and Marketing to identify the cause of and fix promotional execution errors.

· Intermediate level Excel experience (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), able to handle large sets of data in multiple locations, and lots of CSVs.
· VERY HIGH attention to detail. Must be okay with QA-ing the same thing multiple times.
· Extremely well-organized.
· Ability to work independently.
· Comfortable reaching out to others in ambiguous situations.
· Ability to make sense of XML files and read analytics dashboards.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
· Timely and consistent response or turnaround time, and a sense of urgency when troubleshooting issues.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, campaign setup, and project management tools.
