Job Description

Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the construction project, ensuring it aligns with specifications and meets quality standards for each deployment of the product across the company.
Communication: Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings

Compliance: Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings
Design/Engineering: Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards. Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards
Project Management: Track and review subcontractor invoices and change orders. Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, milestones, and upcoming activities

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing construction projects in large manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Proficiency in project management software and design tools
Detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to problem solve and make difficult decisions rooted in data
Confident in decision making ability and coordinating among key stakeholders
Project will require long hours, looking for ambitious and tenacious team members

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience at a technology-based start-up is preferred
