Job Description

The E-commerce Category Merchandise Associate will drive the site merchandising efforts of their category by planning, executing, and optimizing from category to product detail pages for both in-season and evergreen periods.

You will be responsible for ensuring the product's discoverability for both the search and browse experience with a focus on the mobile experience.

You have a passion for E-commerce, along with proficiency in data analysis to drive strategic decisions with a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of site merchandising or buying experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity of content/catalog management tools such as Webdam and figma

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, JIRA)

Ability to identify emerging trends

Ability to work independently and adapt to changes

Strong internal cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong awareness of digital trends, consumer shopping behaviors and competitive landscape.

Data-driven approach; deep experience with analytics and translating data into actionable insights to identify opportunities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in omnichannel environment preferred

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred

Experience with Adobe Analytics for web analytics is preferred
