Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to join one of Canada's largest retailers. This position is part of a multi-year program and is based in Vancouver, BC, with a requirement of 3-4 days in-office per week for a 6 months + extension period. The Technical Systems Analyst for Micro Web Application Team (MWAP) will partner with platform engineers, DevOps, and product to ensure the scalability, reliability, and usability of lululemon’s digital web platform. This role requires strong technical fluency, an ability to translate between business and engineering needs, and a collaborative mindset that can thrive in a high-performance engineering culture. The main focus of this role: Translating business/engineering needs into platform solutions, improving developer experience, ensuring smooth DevOps processes, and supporting full stack delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience within a role of similar capacity; preferably supporting platform teams (infra, DevOps, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, etc)
• Ability to elicit technical requirements from engineers + product management teams
• Familiarity with containerization, AWS, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tooling (Datadog, Sentry, Prometheus , grafana etc.).
• Ability to translate needs into actionable system designs, workflows, or backlog items.
Understanding of how frontend frameworks interact with platform components
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Can partner with engineers to identify inefficiencies and propose automation or process improvements.
• Can earn credibility with opinionated engineers by listening first, showing curiosity, and adding value through organization, clarity, and follow-through.
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, program managers).
• Skilled at facilitating discussions when strong personalities dominate.
Experience in eCommerce or digital platforms.
