Insight Global is looking for a systems analyst for one of our major retail clients on the Global Product Technology team.
Responsibilities include:
Doing release coordination and responsible for ensuring team coordination for their current and upcoming processes
Engagement with cross functional teams ensuring quality of releases
Establishing change processes across the team
Capture high-level functional and technical requirements
Lead functional solution design discussions and system configurations
Provide technical oversight into technology systems
Support system administration and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, end-user documentation, and support for business operations
