Insight Global is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to join a large retail client in Vancouver BC. This Systems Analyst will lead the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions, provide advisory support for business requirements and more. They will join the People Enablement Technology team which is committed to enabling seamless, best in class experiences for our global workforce. The WFM Pillar empowers the business to make data-driven decisions to support our growing organization supporting long standing, scalable solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Capturing high-level functional and technical requirements
Leading functional solution design discussions and system configurations
Providing technical oversight into technology systems
Supporting system administration and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, end-user documentation, and support business operations

5+ Years experience developing solutions in Dayforce Workforce management module OR 8+ years experience developing in other HRIS applications such as UKG, Blue Yonder, SAP, Legion, Infor)
Strong software development experience, specifically within testing practices from end to end integrations
Proven experience with configurations and system / application implementation
Proven track record deploying complex solutions in HRIS applications in large, complex organizations such as Unions of CBAs (collective bargaining agreements)
Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation
Experience in a leadership/ coaching capacity for junior team members
Located in Vancouver and can go onsite
