Insight Global is looking for a Support Analyst to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Office Technology Enablement team that currently manages office technology support for two corporate offices located downtown Vancouver. The this team of 7 supports employees with any issues related to hardware around the office such as monitors, docking stations, printers, and any issues with zoom rooms. This team will also manage any basic network issues as it relates to hardware.

Has at least one year experience providing hardware and customer support
Has experience troubleshooting various hardware issues on different devices such as printers, monitors, docking stations, or issues changing zoom backgrounds in communal meeting rooms
Has a strong understanding of how PC and Mac devices operate
Has basic networking understanding - DHCP, LAN/WAN and wireless
Understanding of active directory, cisco meraki, Jamf and papercut
