Job Description

A large North American construction company has recently completed a major Coupa implementation as part of a broader procurement modernization initiative.

You will be responsible for guiding suppliers of all sizes—from small family-run businesses to large enterprise vendors—through the onboarding process. This includes responding to inquiries, providing step‑by‑step assistance, and ensuring suppliers complete the required onboarding tasks within Coupa.

-Support suppliers through the Coupa onboarding process
-Answer supplier questions via email and phone
-Provide clear guidance and troubleshooting for onboarding issues
-Track onboarding progress for a large supplier population
-Communicate professionally with suppliers ranging from small “mom and pop shops” to major vendors
- Follow up with suppliers who have not yet completed onboarding
-Collaborate with procurement and project teams to resolve escalations
-Maintain accurate documentation and routing of information
-Use MS Office tools for communication, tracking, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ years in a corporate customer service or client‑facing role
-Comfortable handling both email and phone-based communication
-Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Ability to manage high‑volume inquiries and work in a structured process
-Strong organizational skills and dependability in a hybrid or remote work setting
-Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt within a project environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with or supporting procurement teams
- Exposure to Coupa or supplier onboarding workflows
- Basic contract administration or contract-related experience
- Experience supporting vendors, suppliers, or customers in a corporate setting
