Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr Change Analyst to join one of a Retail Client in Vancouver BC. The Senior Change Analyst to support the development and implementation of change management strategies, engage and collaborate with functional groups to deliver change management strategies and more. The Senior-level Change Analyst is expected to have 5+ years of experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support development of change management documentation incl. impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments
• Support cross-functional collaboration, communication, and training with business stakeholders
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities
• Engage and collaborate with key functional groups and partners to deliver change strategies
• Support and advice on program management activities
Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves (high level)
• Data Governance Concepts understanding
• Incident/Change Management
• Understanding of Data Products concepts
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in a leadership capacity.
- Working experience with Data governance projects and a passion for the DG space
- Strong working experience with Incident Management
- Understanding of Data Products concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related discipline.
- Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Visio
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.

- Experience with the DG tool Collibra
