Job Description

Day to Day
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join one of Canadas largest retail and wellness companies. This person will be joining the Service Excellence team that supports ServiceNow platform used across the Tech Organization. This candidate will specifically be joining the cybersecurity pod, collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform is optimized for the Cybersecurity and GRC teams. The candidate will assist in Scrum leadership, analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions, provide insights and recommendations to improve cybersecurity posture using ServiceNow capabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
5+ years of business analysis experience within ServiceNow
Experience following, participating, supporting, and owning Agile or Scrum processes as a Business Analyst
Deep business and technical understanding of ServiceNow's products, specifically: Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM, previously VRM), and Vulnerability Response (VR)
Understanding of GRC and Cybersecurity Frameworks ie NIST, ISO, SOC etc.
Experience supporting QA in developing and documenting testing strategies and test cases for product development to ensure development delivered meets business requirements
Thought leader who can advocate for and understand how customizations will affect the ServiceNow Platform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Enterprise Retail or Big 4 Consulting Experience
