Job Description

Day to Day
Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer Cybersecurity modules to a large retail client hybrid in Vancouver. They will join the Service Excellence team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform as it supports the companys Technology and Enterprise business functions. It consists of several product-oriented delivery (POD) teams tied to the different modules in use by the business. The ServiceNow collaborates closely with its POD team, cross-functional technical teams and global business partners, to develop comprehensive features and functionalities that enhance the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. The Developer attends regular Agile ceremonies, develops features and enhancements based on requirements captured in stories, and conducts unit testing. By doing so, they empower the Service Excellence team to deliver streamlined, scalable, and innovative solutions that elevate our global ServiceNow capabilities efficiently and effectively.

What you do:
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, integrations, modules, and workflows in SIR and IRM customizing only when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices, focusing on an out-of-box approach where possible.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in across the ServiceNow platform
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
5+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
Strong scripting skills, experience with JavaScript
In-depth subject matter expertise in these ServiceNow Modules:
o Integrated Risk Management
o Third-party Risk Management
o Security Incident Response
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
Experience working within the agile methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Experience with Vulnerability Response Module
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is preferred
