Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading skincare brand. In this role the person will be responsible for providing technical support across a multi‑location enterprise environment. This role supports users both onsite and remotely, assisting with hardware setup, password resets, email issues, and general desktop applications. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring new PCs, deploying equipment, supporting printers, and maintaining accurate ticket records in JIRA. The analyst will manage hardware/software inventory, update workstation images, coordinate equipment for new hires and desk moves, and create or maintain documentation for systems, processes, and network‑related tasks. The position also provides remote support to Outside Sales Representatives and other users throughout North America.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience providing front-line technical support for computers; in person and over the telephone
- Demonstrated ability to install software and hardware
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain new Users via Exchange or Active Directory/AD Manager
- Experience with Office 365 management

• RingCentral configuration and troubleshoot experience is an asset
• Working knowledge of Intune and JAMF is an asset
• Exposure to Windows Server and VM-Ware is an asset
• Exposure to ITIL service management is an asset
• Exposure to SharePoint is an asset
• Exposure to Salesforce
• Exposure to Sage
• Mac Experience
