Job Description

Overview: Insight Global is seeking two highly skilled Security Engineers to join our major retail client's Vulnerability Management Team. This team is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the enterprise, with a particular focus on cloud security within AWS and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and implement remediation strategies to ensure the security of the enterprise infrastructure.
Cloud Security: Design, implement, and manage security measures for cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure, to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to address security issues and collaborate on special projects aimed at enhancing overall security posture.
Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts to automate security tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent application of security policies.
Networking: Utilize strong networking knowledge to identify and mitigate security risks within the network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

Day to Day:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in security engineering, with a proven track record in vulnerability management
In-depth knowledge of vulnerability management tools and techniques.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and security tasks.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure security services
Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
