A leading Canadian telecom and technology company is hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to grow their offensive cybersecurity services including penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments. This role covers the full sales cycle, working with clients of all sizes to help them understand their security risks and choose the right solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor who can simplify technical concepts, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that reduce risk and support compliance.

35 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record in penetration testing, red teaming, or advisory services
Strong understanding of offensive security practices, including testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES)
Ability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical audiences and map cybersecurity needs to business goals
Familiarity with common compliance and regulatory frameworks such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST
Strong organizational skills with experience managing high-velocity sales cycles across multiple account sizes
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and reporting
Recognized industry certifications are an asset (e.g., OSCP, GPEN, CEH)
Bilingualism (English and French) preferred
Post-secondary education in Business, Information Security, or a related field
