Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives, including
transformation programs
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring clarity of scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs, ensuring teams remain unblocked and focused
• Support quarterly planning and annual operational planning optimization across the P&C portfolio
• Support intake and prioritization optimization processes
• Participate in/support intake forums with cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity of business needs and
requirements
• Prepare and facilitate Steering Committees (SteerCos) and executive updates
• Drive change management, adoption, and feedback loops to continuously improve ways of working
• Identify opportunities to improve planning maturity, delivery predictability, and portfolio performance
• Ensure consistent use of project management best practices, governance, and documentation (plans, RAID
logs, reporting)
• Champion continuous improvement across planning, intake, and delivery processes
• Leverage tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Miro) to enable visibility and collaboratio

Required Skills & Experience

• PMP (or equivalent) with strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
• Experience supporting large transformation or operating model initiatives
• Confident communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences, including executives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead with influence, accountability, and ownership

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in HR / People & Culture programs or implementations
• Experience in retail or consumer goods organizations
• Exposure to shared services or global operating model
• Experience presenting and leading SteerCos
