Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of priority cross-functional P&C initiatives, from scoping through execution and
stabilization.
• Define and align on scope, deliverables, timelines, and success measures for assigned initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the engagement for project teams, leadership, and business partners.
• Stand up and maintain program documentation, risk tracking, and delivery plans to ensure execution discipline and visibility.
• Provide structured support to the P&C portfolio , including consolidating inputs and surfacing key risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Develop and implement reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support timely escalation of delivery risks and issues , including preparing inputs and recommendations for
leadership decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready updates (e.g., SteerCo materials) to communicate progress, risks, and required
actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making across stakeholders to advance priority work.
• Assess and improve operating rhythms, tools, and workflows to enhance delivery effectiveness during the
engagement.
• Drive the operational execution of global people enablement initiatives , ensuring alignment to timelines and outcomes.
• Partner with P&C Operations to track budget and spend related to in-scope initiatives, ensuring transparency and
alignment

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of program and project management experience, with a strong track record leading large, complex
initiatives.
• Deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks and advanced proficiency with project
management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Miro, SharePoint, Jira).
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and align
stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively and develop efficient workflows, project plans,
and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrates curiosity, resourcefulness, and the confidence to ask hard questions and enable honest dialogue.
• Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration, managing portfolios, and leading change through others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and navigating ambiguity with adaptability.
• Committed to continuous improvement, personal development, and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced use of Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, ideally in fast-paced, matrixed
environments.
• Strong grounding in program/project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent), with demonstrated
application of both waterfall and agile practices.
• Ability to drive execution and deliver results under ambiguity , including managing risks, dependencies, and
shifting priorities.
• Experience building and operationalizing program governance, reporting, and executive-level updates (e.g.,
dashboards, SteerCo.).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills, with the ability to align diverse partners and drive decision
making.
• Demonstrated ability to stand up or optimize processes, tools, and operating rhythms to improve delivery
outcomes.
• High level of accountability and ownership, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes within defined
timelines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or other highly customer-centric industries
• Experience working in People & Culture / HR transformation or enablement programs
• Familiarity with portfolio management practices , including prioritization, intake, and capacity planning
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
• Experience working across global teams and time zones
• Ability to quickly diagnose delivery gaps and implement pragmatic solutions
