Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the The Secure Delivery Platforms team who will lead the strategy, engineering, and governance of enterprise capabilities that enable teams to move from idea to production securely, efficiently, and at scale. The team focuses on embedding security, compliance, and platform standards directly into developer workflows while improving developer experience and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SDP platforms
• Translate enterprise priorities (security, compliance, developer experience, AI adoption) into platform investments
• Drive adoption of GitLab, IaC, SSCM, and AI-enabled SDLC tooling across engineering teams
• Create a culture of Innersourcing through Customer Roundtables
• Prioritise backlog based on business impact, risk, and platform maturity
• Partner with engineering, security, architecture, and leadership stakeholders
• Define and track success metrics (DORA, platform adoption, reliability, compliance, cost)
• Lead executive communication, roadmap alignment, and decision-making forums
• Drive platform standardisation through templates, guardrails, and golden paths
• Manage trade-offs across speed, security, cost, and developer experience
• Enable scalable onboarding and self-service platform adoption

Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills & Expertise
• Strong product management experience in platform engineering or DevOps ecosystems
• Deep understanding of GitLab, CI/CD, IaC, and SDLC tooling
• Knowledge of software supply chain security and governance practices
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Experience driving enterprise-scale platform adoption and transformation
Qualifications
• 8+ years in Product Management (platform or engineering-focused preferred)
• Experience delivering complex technical platforms across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive measurable outcomes
