Insight Global is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join North America's largest retail and wellness companies. This person will join the B2B Retail Engineering team and identify and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders, identify and evaluate business processes, and more.
Partner with Product Managers to gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements for B2B initiatives.
Work closely with developers to translate functional and technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Support Project Managers and project teams through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met and outcomes are aligned to business goals.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize business support workflows.
Facilitate workshops, and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on scope and expectations.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating requirements coverage, and assisting in defect resolution.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the team to strengthen best practices and domain expertise.

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in B2B, retail, or product engineering environments.
Strong background in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, developers, QA, and business teams.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and data mapping documents.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BIs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and system architecture is an asset.
