Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer to join one of North America’s largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be supporting the Guest Education Center Technology that is responsible for different technologies that support guests through the purcahse and post purchase journey. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the following :

• Provide L3 support for Salesforce-related incidents and service requests escalated from L1/L2 teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Participate in on-call support rotations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal support processes.
• Support deployment activities and post-release validations.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform changes and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce support or system analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Workbench, Data Loader, and debug logs.
• Has experience with Gitlab
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
