Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Retail Marketing Project Coordinator to support in‑store marketing initiatives, guest journey enhancements, signage programs, and overall store experience execution. This role partners closely with Senior Managers and cross‑functional retail brand teams to keep campaigns moving, timelines tight, and creative assets flowing smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination experience from a retail marketing or agency environment and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative setting.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of project management or creative operations experience

Background in retail marketing, in‑store experience, agency, or brand marketing

Proven ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive projects with strict deadlines

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and navigates competing priorities

Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com (or similar PM tools)

Experience with Keynote; familiarity with SharePoint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting in‑store marketing, guest journey, signage, or retail experience programs

Agency background with exposure to creative workflows

Knowledge of Figma or other creative collaboration tools

Experience coordinating with external vendors or freelancers

Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly
